  Only giving one star as thats the lowest you can give. This company are dreadful. Once they have your money they move all the goal posts. They try and extract more money out of you with every opportunity. Once you have paid they try to increase the price. They ask for more premium even though you make everything clear to them in the questions they ask you when giving you a quote. AVOID if you do not want any stress. The whole company is a sham! I thinks it just the way its managed the whole culture of the firm. Sales are everything to these cowboys. They send you cancellation letters without calling/emailing to inform you what the . problem is. Hours on hold for customer service minutes for sales. If you try to cancel 2 days later they want nearly half the insurance price in my case £400 (no cooling of periods from this company with unfair fees). PLEASE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. last time I looked on here they had a 2.6 star rating so I would imagine most of the recent good reviews are fake!!!!!! I cant wait for my policy to end so I can move company........
